The forward-leaning die head body contributes to stable meniscus formation on the upstream side of the die lip!
We would like to introduce our "Backup-less Slot Die." The special die head was developed for backside coating in simultaneous double-sided coating. By using a lip roller positioned just before the die lip to hold the substrate, it suppresses wrinkles and vibrations in the material.
